Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Timelines

• 7+ Days Before Departure: 90% refund or 100% credit voucher for any future trek within 1 year.
• 3 to 7 Days Before Departure: 50% refund or 75% credit voucher.
• Less than 48 Hours Before Departure: No refund due to vehicle and permit bookings already finalized.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your trek departure once for free if requested at least 4 days prior to departure date.

3. Weather & Forest Force Majeure

In the unlikely event of extreme weather warnings, sudden landslides, or forest department trail closures, WiFly will either arrange an alternate safe trail or provide a 100% credit voucher for a future departure.
