By booking a trek with WiFly, you agree to these terms. A 25% advance (or full payment) is required to confirm your spot. The balance is due before departure.

Prices are per person and inclusive of all inclusions listed on the trek page. Taxes (GST 5%) are added at checkout.

Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fees.

Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 3 days before: no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a trek due to weather, forest department restrictions, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternate date will be offered.

Trekkers must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation on medical grounds.

WiFly is not liable for accidents, injuries or losses arising from negligence by the trekker, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
